By earning the SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) Designation, Karen helps seniors make wise decisions about selling the family home, buying rental property, managing the capital gains and estate tax implications of owning real estate, obtaining a reverse mortgage, moving to a senior community and other issues pertinent to the senior buyer.
Endorsed by the National Association of Realtors, Karen has completed the e-PRO Internet Certified program. The e-PRO course teaches professionals the nuts and bolts of working with real estate on-line, web sites, e-mail, on-line tools and most of all, what today's consumer really wants.
Karen is a member of Allen Hainge Cyberstars (tm), an exclusive membership group, by invitation only, specializing in technologically advanced methods for the real estate business. Out of the 1.2 million Realtors® in the U.S. Karen is one of 200 CyberStars®.
